This double building is located 4 minutes from Lúcar town where different services and amenities are located, around 30 minutes from Albox, a large commercial city and one hour from the coast. Located on a large plot, it has two accesses to different rooms.The left side is a large warehouse that is distributed in two rooms, in the one on the left there is a fireplace.The warehouse on the right has a bathroom.Full of possibilities due to its size, the building has a spacious porch for living areas where there is a grapevine and also a barbecue area. On the plot there are different fruit trees such as: grapevines, persimmon tree, walnut, almond and fig tree among others, also plants such as ivy and rose bushes among others.
