Chirivel is a pleasant village which offers all basic amenities such as: banks, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, medical center. The larger town of Velez-Rubio is only a 10-minute drive away where the larger shops and supermarkets can be found. The beaches are a 45-60 minute drive away. There is a good connection to the motorway towards Murcia and Granada. Through a pedestrian gate you enter the house where there is a small patio.
